Some may want to walk out into the snow, some may want it to just be a peaceful sleep that you don't wake from, some want it conscious- knowing the time to go is at hand, all things have been finished on this earthly plane, choosing to mindfully slow down your body and leave in your time... the reality is that we can never know for sure, but we can imagine, visualise, intend a good death.

Welcome Sisters, Welcome to the Mid Woman Threshold, Welcome to Moon 9...and spring seems to be here....hopefully everyone's energy is rising and enthusiasm for this module! i'm excited as it's one of my fav topics- Moon Pause- it's a big threshold!

Here we begin to get a sense of our Moon-Pause /Elder Woman calling as we approach perimenopause, and if you feel far from that place- so many women think it starts at 50...no, no, no..!!! The hormonal shifts can stir around 36 onwards, with many women feeling in the depths of perimenopause by mid 40. It's a journey of huge awakening to the authentic self- which as Initiated women, who have travelled the previous passages deeply, unearthing wounds, healing though journeys and ritual- this passage maybe easier for you!!

This month I'm giving you time to catch up on your mask making and oracle cards!

And I want to encourage you to make a flower essence and connect to dandelion and primrose this month. xxx

We are over half way!!! And yes, this is often the time people drop off, go into overwhelm OR CHOOSE THEMSELVES and continue on the journey!

These thresholds are not easy- looking back is part of reclaiming your lost parts, as you reclaim these lost parts in this life- there is a ripple effect across ALL of your lifetimes- you are here now, healing yourself across time and space!

Welcome, this month we dive into our first blood threshold, theres some optional crafts, the usual herb and oracle cards to continue with.

This month is a gentle one...you can catch up on the previousl "moons", do the release practice with your family, there's a video link in the PDF for making a talisman- the kids love this, and a ceremony for letting go and calling in...plus some gratitude prompts. Gratitude is a SUPER POWER!!!

And my SPECiAL "Cunt" craft ... haha! great for womens craft eves. ;)

Try not to jump ahead! We move into the second months teachings and tools. 🙏✨💛

This month we continue with the embodiment theme and move to the threshold of birth. Going back, to call back our power, to re-member, to re-write our stories is a deeply powerful, transformational tool.

Whether we know our own birth story or not, we can create one of beauty.

We will vision, re-imagine, and plant ourselves into Mother Earth this month, through meditation, journalling, a 'placenta' ritual and Earth connection.

We begin with the foundation for my work- the 9 Passages- i know some of you have done this wvth me before, but each time we re-visit these thresholds we go deeper and deeper!

As always, go gently...

A little reminder- Use a journal along side the course, keep notes, some you will want to share with your buddy/ partner as part of the process.

Spend at least a full moon cycle with this work,  draw, paint, journal, take moon walks and have fun with it!

I want to encourage you to take up a daily (if possible) practice of journalling, a weekly practice of Moon Walks (each week take some time out to notice the moon and walk under her – I choose to work with the new, full and half moons.) This could also be a time to ponder the questions the PDFs, make spiritual bundles (medicine pouches of drawings, writings, crystals, stones ….connected to your journey- these can be buried, carried, burnt, its up to you!) and ritual- whatever that means for you.

When journalling, I want you to bring in a daily practice of cycle awareness (for those of you who are past your bleeding time, check in with the moon phases, seasonal shifts, notice if they have any influence on your moods) - engaging with the spiritual powers of your cycle. Tracking the day you are on- you write it down (it really helps to be able to refer back to what you have been noticing!) Pay attention to your mood, your energy just how you are feeling on that day - the way your mind is working, the dreams that you might have had the night before, anything that stands out from your day. A few words, a paragraph or a few pages. Pay attention throughout the day, just take little check in moment...how is today’s cycle day?  What are you experiencing what does it feel like? At the end of the day reflect back on your day and make note of what you've been experiencing.

When you sit with the questions, make a quiet space in your day, just for 5-10 mins, light a candle, journal, let go- allow whatever rises to arise, write it down and let it go, move on to the next question. When answers are hard, use forgiveness, breathe love and forgiveness into yourself (the practice of Ho'oponopono -I love you, I'm sorry, please forgive me, thank you- is useful here- see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmX7RYOe_2s )

Use a spiritual bundle to help you physically let go.

Use your Moon Walk to giveaway to the moon and the earth.

Keep in mind your ancestors, sit with them at the hearth fire, give offerings with them into the fire for transformation.

Sit with photos of yourself, draw and write, allow your imagination to fill in the memory gaps.

Use oracle cards, astrology, movement, dance- anything to support your self care, quiet “me” time.

Breathe and take your time with these questions, you have a whole month to ponder and journal about them.
They are all optional...don't force anything, if nothing comes up, just write a stream of consciousness or pull an oracle card and sit with that instead.

I encourage participants to pair up and create regular listening partnerships to reflect on the journey, and use the telegram group for support.

I was up early and called in your “Goddess Mentors” for the year… I have emailed you all who yours is! i advise tuning in to what you know about them yourself before rushing off to google them! Meditate with them, ask them questions, build a relationship with them…their story may resonate with you and it may not! There may be aspects that you feel a deep connection with…. Really it doesn’t matter, focus on getting to know them, make friends, ultimately they are with you to be an ally along side this year long journey. 🙏✨🙏
