I’m so pleased to share this offering with you! I have had so many people who have made drums with me and bought my drums asking for a “how to drum” class…so here we are! Through these classes I am sharing tools I have learned with energy and medicine teachers and my own inspired practices. Ths module includes 5 "sessions" - my advice is to spend a month on each session to really deepen your practice

Full length (20 minute) instructional video how to make your own medicine rattle. Similar to a drum, rattles help to achieve an altered state of consciousness.
