Full length (20 minute) instructional video how to make your own medicine rattle. Similar to a drum, rattles help to achieve an altered state of consciousness. It helps to direct the intention to the right place while it is cleaning up the area you are working in. Kits are available from my webshop, otherwise you will need hide, punch tools etc
